Club Finals Day this Sunday

This Sunday (17th May) is the grand finals day at the Club. From 2 o'clock you can see the finals from all the adult competitions on court 3. The junior finals will be on court 2 - at 4 o'clock we will have the U13 final which is a demonstration match between Jo Weavers and Jamie Sandford. In fact Jo has already won that competition on points acquired in a round robin format league table. But the match on Sunday will give the second place player Jamie a chance to improve on his position. It should be a good match. At 4.45 we will have the U16 final which will be between Tom Symmons and Tom Blair. That one is for real and should be an interesting match with the style of Tom S. up against the speed and competitiveness of Tom B.

The club tournament also has junior interest with Rob Dadds (who trains at Comberton with coach Bob Maison) through the final after a comprehensive victory in the semifinal against Dr Squash himself.
